At Double Drip UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all Double Drip UK tags attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
